In 2014 I began playing with food to see if it would have an impact on decades of muscle stiffness. The further I went I realized that I have autoimmune joint pain. When I was able to not only tackle these issues but also feel better in my 40’s than I did in my 20’s, I decided to become a Primal Health Coach so I can share my knowledge with others.

Food quality, a relaxed lifestyle, and sensible exercise allow the body to repair itself. Many of us are currently on the fast track of aging. We’re plagued by chronic disease, autoimmunity, and metabolic syndrome. It didn’t used to be this way.

I’ve studied our ancient ancestor’s lifestyle and the answers to unlock your best health lies in their traditions. There isn’t a one size fits all approach. I meet people where they are today and customize my coaching to the unique individuals that you are.  I’ll help you find what works for you to uncover your greatest potential.
