Thank You, Jen!!! Trying a Paleo diet is one of the best things ( probably THE best thing ) that I’ve done for myself in the past few years. Let me tell you 3 things that went away in the 3 weeks ( 3 weeks! ) that I went paleo. 1. Bloat. My stomach felt better. 2. Joint pain. My shoulders and knees stopped hurting. 3. I dropped 7 lbs. In 3 weeks!!! I had a chronic pain in my stomach that I originally thought was gall stones. I had gotten several check ups to figure out what the problem was. My shoulders were aching to the point that it was getting difficult to lift my kids. The joint pain in my knees and shoulders kept me out of the gym for several months. I didn’t like that. But now, I am pain-free in my knees and shoulders and have gotten back into my gym routine. Seeing is believing and I have seen results of cutting the junk out of what I eat. Jen was so on point as my coach. You seemed to chime in at the perfect moments. Giving recipe ideas to help this picky eater stay on track. Checking in to see how I was doing. Even giving suggestions on exercise and workout programs. All without being pushy or overbearing. Also, the Vimify system, with the daily check ins and points system made it fun. Kind of like a video game. HA! Thank you again, my friend. This has changed my life. 🙂
